- 1 medium head of lettuce, cut chiffonade.
- 1 cup green seedless grapes, sliced in half.
- 1 cup grape (or cherry) tomatoes, sliced in half.
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries.

- 1/2 cup plain croutons (for topping).
- Dressing.
- 1 1/2 cup regular mayonnaise.
- 1/2 cup golden honey.
- 33/100 cup apple juice (use more or less based on the consistency you want).
