1. preheat oven to 350.
2. combine cream cheese and milk.
3. add salt and pepper and fold in chicken and scallions.
4. separate rolls into four rectangles and pinch seam together.
5. spoon a quarter of chicken mixture on each roll.
6. bring corners to center and twist to seal.
