Ingredients for BBQ Rib Samosas:
- 5 flour tortillas.
- 1 purple onion diced fine.
- Tablespoon dill relish.
- 1 cup cheddar cheese.
- 2 cups left over rib meat.
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce.
- 2 cups flour +2 additional tablespoons.
- 4/5 tablespoon water.
- 1 cup bread crumbs.
- 1 egg beaten.

- Heat fryer to 375. Mix rib meat, cheese, onion and pickle..
- Fill 3 shallow bowls. One with flour, one with the eggs and one with breadcrumbs..
