- 1.5 kgs mutton liver.
- 3 onions.
- 3-4 tomatoes.
- 1 big Capsicum.
- to taste Salt,black pepper, red pepper n lemon.
- 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste.
- Oil.
- Green chillies (optional).
Step by step how to cook Marinated Liver n Ugali#Jikoni Weekly Challenge:
- Wash the liver properly n make sure it has NO water,to it add salt,peppers,garlic n ginger paste n lemon.mix properly n put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Cut onions,tomatoes n Capsicum n green chillies.Put the liver on fire let it cook properly.
- Once cooked add oil n the chopped ingredients.Mix properly until all the veggies r folded in.
- Serve with rice,ugali or roti.Enjoy with a glass of cold lime juice.
