Ingredients for Smoky chicken liver fry:
- 500 grm Chicken liver.
- 2 Onion (thinly chopped).
- handful Curry leaves 1.
- 15 Garlic pods (crushed).
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder.
- 3 tbsp Crushed pepper.
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder.
- 1 tbsp Cumin powder.
- 2 tsp Fennel powder.
- to taste Salt.
- 100 ml Brandy.
- 150 ml oil.
