- Meatless Chicken or other Protein.
- 6 Eggs.
- 1 Red Pepper, diced.
- Jar sliced mushrooms.
- Jar artichoke hearts.
- Onion Flakes.
- Fancy shredded Cheese, cheddar or mexican blend.
- Crushed red pepper flakes.
- Coarse ground pepper.
- Dried onion flakes.
- Spanish Paprika.
- Other frozen or canned vegetables if you like.
