- 3 slice (veggie) bacon.
- 2 cup hot water.
- 2 cup canned tomatoes.
- 16 okra.
- 1 1/2 tsp salt.
- 2 tbsp flour.
- 1 cup rice.
- 1 cayenne pepper.
- 1 small onion-minced.
- 2 lb green shrimps (or kosher imitation crab).

- Dice the bacon and heat in a stew pan or small sauce pan..
- Add the onion minced and cook five minutes..
- Then add the flour, stirring constantly until brown..
