1. 1 lb spicy ltalian sausage.
2. 1/4 cup green bell pepper.
3. 6 eggs.
4. 1/2 cup chedder cheese.
5. 1/4 montery jack cheese.
6. 1 salt n pepper to taste.

1. cook Italian sausage in an iron cast skillet.
2. pour out grease n cook green peppers for 5 mins & turn off stove . add egg & all shredded cheese...
3. bake in oven for 20 mins @ 400.
4. take out n add Monterey jjack cheese n bake 3 mins longer.
