  1. 1 tomato.
  2. Yellow banana pepper.
  3. Sliced avocado.
  4. 2 lime cut into 4 sections.
  5. clove Fresh garlic.
  6. Spicy & hot jerk sauce.
  7. Chopped jalapeño.
  8. Pink Himalayan salt.
  9. Mango/skin on or off.
  10. Yellow onion.
  11. Olive oil.

Step by step how to cook Franks Loaded crispy tortillas:

  1. In a pan use extra virgin Mediterranean olive oil.
  2. Take all your veggies and marinate them in lime juice,Himalayan pink sauce jerk sauce,a splash of red wine and tajin seasoning for 2 hours.
  3. Saute veggies,leave the avocado seperate and squirt lime juice on the slices with a pinch of Himalayan pink salt and tajin seasoning.
  4. Take a pan and drizzle with olive oil and season the tortillas with lime juice and tajin seasoning and toast in a pan topping it with avocado and veggies and let toast til crispy or to your liking.
  5. Make sure to keep the avocado slices seperate and season with tajin seaoning,lime juice & Himalayan pink salt.
  6. Saute veggies for 7 minutes.
