  1. 8 oz Package softened cream cheese.
  2. 1/4 cup Mayo.
  3. 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. 2 clove Garlic, peeled and minced.
  5. 14 oz Can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped.
  6. 1 cup Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
  7. 2 packages Crescent roll dough.
  8. Shredded mozzarella.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a mini muffin tray with Pam cooking spray (24 mini muffin tray)..
  2. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl-stir well (Drain the spinach using a paper towel). Set aside..
  3. Roll your crescent roll dough out onto a large cutting board. Work into a large square by pinching all creases together so your left with one big piece of dough..
