  2. 2 (400 g) Zucchini *shredded or coarsely grated.
  3. 1 cup shredded Tasty Cheese *Cheddar Cheese.
  4. 30 g Butter.
  5. 1/4 cup chopped Parsley *add more herbs of your choice.
  6. 4 Eggs *lightly whisked.
  7. 3/4 teaspoon Salt *1 teaspoon is quite salty.
  8. 1/2 cup Self-Raising Flour.
  9. Freshly Ground Black Pepper.
