Ingredients for Peppermint Whipped Cream Frosting and Filling:

  1. 8 oz white chocolate, chopped, not chips.
  2. 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature.
  3. 1/8 tsp salt.
  4. 1 1/2 tsp pure peppermint extract.
  5. 3 cup heavy whipping cream, cold.
  6. 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar.
  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  8. red food coloring.

  1. Melt white chocolate in microwave or over a double boiler until smooth, cool 5 to 10 minutes..
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Beat in melted white chocolate, peppermint extract and salt, add drops of red food color to make a pink color.
  4. Whip cream until soft peaks form, add confectioner's sugar, vanilla and drops of red food color to make it pink and beat until it holds its shape.
