Ingredients for Green Lentil & Oat Crepe:

  1. 200 gms / 2 cups Yellow Lentils (also known as green gram dal or moong dal).
  2. 50 gms / 0.5 cups Whole Green Gram (moong).
  3. 100 gm / 1cup Oats.
  4. 0.5 cups Yoghurt / Curd - whisked.
  5. 1 pc Onion, finely chopped.
  6. Coriander Leaves few sprigs, finely chopped.
  7. 1 inch Ginger, grated.
  8. 3/4 tsp Cumin seeds.
  9. 3/4 teaspoon Red Chilli powder.
  10. 1 tsp fennel seeds.
  11. 2 tsp Lemon juice.
  12. As needed - Salt.
  13. Avocado Oil or Canola Oil for cooking.
  14. Optional.
  15. 50 gm Spinach or Kale Leaves, finely chopped.
  16. 2 Green Chillis, finely chopped.
  17. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder.
