  2. 1 cup AP flour.
  3. 1 cup Cornmeal (not cornmeal mix).
  4. 1 Salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders, paprika.
  5. 2 Eggs, beaten with a splash of water.

  1. Combine flour, cornmeal and seasonings in one dish and the beaten eggs and splash of water in another dish..
  2. Heat a large skillet with about a half inch of oil in it on medium heat..
