- 1/4 diced onion.
- 1/4 cup ftozen chopped spinach.
- 2 slice Canadian bacon, diced.
- 1 whole egg & 2 egg whites.
- 1 salt & pepper to taste.
- 1 pinch of oregano.
- 1 shredded asiago cheese.
Step by step how to cook Easy Frittata for 1:
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Spray cooking spray into pan, heat to medium low.
- Place egg & egg whites into a bowl.
- Add onions & spinach cook til onions are translucent.
- Add diced Canadian bacon, cook 2-3 minutes.
- season with salt & pepper to taste, add oregano whisk eggs.
- Cook eggs just til bottom sets.
- Add shredded cheese.
- Place in oven for 10 minutes.
