- 1 cup celery, diced.

- 2 clove garlic, minced.
- 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup.
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup.
- 1 cup uncooked rice.
- 1/4 tsp sea salt.
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco.
