- 1 cup Barley.
- 1/2 cup Spelt berries.
- 2 tbsp Hemp seeds.
- 1 tbsp Chai seeds.
- 2 cup Soy milk.
- 2 tbsp Honey.
- 1 dash Cinnamon.
- 1 small nectarine (diced).
- 1 Plum (diced).
Step by step how to cook Vegan Summer Porridge:
- Make spelt berries and buckwheat the night before. I usually make these or any other beans or grains in bulk to use them for various recipes. Spelt berries and buckwheat are to be cooked 1to 2 ratio. Bring to a boil and cover then simmer. Let cool in fridge over night..
