- 1 tabl spn ginger garlic paste.

- 1 tspn roasted and crushed cumin.
- 1 tspn roasted and crushed coriander.
- 3-4 button red chillies.
- 1 tspn gram masala powder.
- 1 tspn ginger jullian cut.
- 1 tomato chopped.
- half cup yoghurt.
- 1 tspn qasuri meethi dried.
- 2 green chillies chopped.
- 2 tabl spn fresh coriander chopped.
- 1 lemon sliced for garnish.
- 1 Charcoal for smoke.
Step by step how to cook Smoky Tawa Qeema😋💛:
- Tawy py ghee gram karein or ginger garlic paste dal ke 1 minute fry kar lein sath e qeema dal dein.
- Qeemy ka pani dry ho jaye to piaz nmak mirch haldee gol lal mirch zeera dhnia tmater dal kar bhun lein or dahi dal dein 10 minute cover kar ke pkayen low flame py.
- 1 cholhy py koila gram kar lein.
- Medium flame kar ke qeemy ko bhun lein gram masala or qasuri methi dal dein ghee chor dy to flame off kar dein or kisi choty bowl ya roti ke tukra qeemy py rakh kar gram koila rakhen or zra sa ghee dal dein or 2 Sy 3 minute dhak dein.
- Koila discard kar dein or qeemy ko Dhnia adrak hari mirchen or lemon slice sy garnish kar lein or parathy ke sath serve karein.
