- 3 1/2 bunch collard greens.
- 1 3/4 each onion.
- 3 tbsp vinger.
- 1 1/2 tsp suger.
- 2 can chicken broth.
- 1 dash pepper flakes.
- 1 tsp black pepper.
- 1 tbsp salt to taste the smoked meat will release some salt so jus taste first.
