Ingredients for Rasta Pasta:

  1. Half a box of penne pasta.
  2. About 1 cup of parmesan cheese.
  3. 1 tablespoon jerk seasoning.
  4. 1-2 cups heavy cream.
  5. Red and green peppers sliced.
  6. 1 clove garlic.
  7. 2 teaspoons canola oil.
  8. Pinch salt.
  9. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

  1. Take a pot out and put water to a boil. Once the water it boiling put in your pasta. Put some salt to taste. Cook for about 8 minutes or so depending on how tender you like your pasta..

Make let that sauce thicken a bit then once the sauce is thick enough then you add the pasta..
