- 1 cup chana cooked kala -.

Step by step how to cook Quick Ladyfinger chickpea stirfry:
- Cook the chana in a pressure cooker with a pinch of salt and turmeric..
- Cut the ladies fingers into thin slices..
- In a nonstick pan,heat some oil and pop the mustard seeds..
- Put ginger garlic paste,green chilies and onion.Add turmeric and some salt..
- Add the lady finger slices and saute well until cooked(for about 10 mins)..
- Add chilly powder,pepper and garam masala and stir well..
- Now mix the cooked kala chana into this and stir fry till well combined..
