Ingredients for Paprika Baked Chicken Wings:
- wings.
- 4 lb Chicken wings.
- marinade.
- 3 tsp paprika (smoky, sweet, what have you).
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil (higher heat type, olive, peanut, canola).
- 1 tbsp garlic powder.
- salt (I used 1/2 tsp).
- ground black pepper (I used 1/2 tsp).
- hot sauce (optional).
Step by step how to cook Paprika Baked Chicken Wings:
- Preheat oven to 375 F, I find hotter had a tendency to burn dried chili spices..
- Use foil and or oil a baking sheet large enough to hold all the wings.
- Mix all ingredients (except wings) in a bowl large enough to hold and mix all the wings.
- Add wings to bowl. Mix very well (I just use both hands), even out any clumps of the spices on the wings..
- Spread wings out on baking sheet.
- It's better to put the thick skin side up so it is crispy..
- Bake for 1 hour, but adjust for the size of your wings. Mine were large, but not huge..
- Remove and serve.
