Ingredients for No Fat Banana Waffles:

  1. 2 Ripe bananas.
  2. 3 Eggs separated.
  3. 400 ml Coconut milk.
  4. 1/4 cup Maple syrup.
  5. 2 1/4 cup Flour of choice.
  6. 1/2 tsp Baking soda.
  7. 1 tsp Vanilla extract.
  8. 1/2 cup Chopped pecans (optional).

Step by step how to cook No Fat Banana Waffles:

  1. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
  2. Mash bananas.
  3. Add egg yolks, coconut milk, maple syrup, flour, baking soda and vanilla to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in chopped pecans and egg whites.
  5. Ladle into preheated greased waffle iron, and prepare for 3-4 min.
  6. Yields 13 medium waffles.
