Ingredients for No Fat Banana Waffles:
- 2 Ripe bananas.
- 3 Eggs separated.
- 400 ml Coconut milk.
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup.
- 2 1/4 cup Flour of choice.
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda.
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract.
- 1/2 cup Chopped pecans (optional).
Step by step how to cook No Fat Banana Waffles:
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Mash bananas.
- Add egg yolks, coconut milk, maple syrup, flour, baking soda and vanilla to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in chopped pecans and egg whites.
- Ladle into preheated greased waffle iron, and prepare for 3-4 min.
- Yields 13 medium waffles.
