Ingredients for Nearly Vegan Chilli:
- 1 pk Veggie meat minced (vegan ground beef).
- 1 can black bean (drained & rinsed).
- 1 can pinto bean.
- 2 tbsp tomato paste.
- 1 cup finely chopped onion.
- 1 can tomato sauce(I used marinara sauce for more flavor).
- 1 tsp oregano.
- 1 tsp paprika.
- 1 can mixed vegetables.
- 1/4 tsp salt.
- 1 tsp chilli powder.
- 1 cup chicken broth.
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes.
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper (any colour will do).
- 2 tbsp coconut oil.
