Ingredients for Healthy Quinoa Salad:

  1. 1 cup quinoa.
  2. 2 cup water to boil.
  3. 2 beef bullion cube.
  4. 2 tomato.
  5. 2 cup purple onion, diced.
  6. 2 cucumbers.
  7. 1/3 cup lemon juice.
  8. 1 parsley, for garnish.
  9. 1 garlic sea salt to taste.
  10. 1 pepper, to taste.

Step by step how to cook Healthy Quinoa Salad:

  1. Dice onion, cucumber and tomato.
  2. Bring water, bullion cube and quinoa to a boil..
  3. Finely chop parsley while waiting..
  4. When ingredients come to a boil, cover, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 min. Or until quinoa is semi-transparent and moisture is almost gone.
  5. Turn off heat and add tomatoes, parsley, cucumber and onion.
  6. Drizzle lemon juice onto quinoa mixture.
  7. Add garlic salt and pepper as desired.
