  2. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  3. 1/4 cup milk.
  4. 1 tablespoon butter.
  5. 1/2 cup chopped onion.
  6. 1/2 cup chopped ham.
  7. 1/2 cup chopped green pepper.
  8. 2 tablespoons atchaar.

  1. In a medium size frying pan over high heat, heat the butter. Sauté onions and peppers until soft, about 15 minutes. Place the eggs, milk and salt in a bowl and whisk together..
