Ingredients for Grilled Summer Shrimps with Orzo:

  1. 2 lbs white shrimps.
  2. 1 lb box orzo pasta.
  3. Butter.
  4. Salt and pepper.
  5. Water.
  6. Olive oil.
  7. Thai Sweet Chile sauce.

Step by step how to cook Grilled Summer Shrimps with Orzo:

  1. Get grill ready.
  2. Take heads off peel and devein shrimps.
  3. Place shrimps on metal skewers.
  4. Brush shrimp with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Place on grill no more than 1 1/2 to 2 minutes each side.
  6. Take off grill and brush with Tai sweet chile sauce cover and set aside.
  7. Boil enough water for the Orzo and cook for 9-10 minutes then drain and add back into the pot with as much butter or Olive oil as you like (your choice).
  8. When the butter has melted give the Orzo a quick stir and spoon some on a plate then slide the shrimp off the skewer on top of the orzo.
