Ingredients for Greek Yogurt Pancakes:
- 1 cup flour.
- 2 t baking powder.
- 1/4 cup light vanilla Greek yogurt.
- 3/4 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk).
- 1/2 T sugar.
- 1 t vanilla extract.
- 1 egg.
Step by step how to cook Greek Yogurt Pancakes:
- Mix all ingredients together and make around 8 smaller pancakes. Top pancakes with your favorite toppings. I used a light syrup, blueberries and a little cream. Next time I may try to add some protein powder into the mix! Enjoy!!.
