- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans.
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar.
- 4 oz Pkg Butterscotch Pudding (not instant).
- 1 stick Margarine - cut into small pieces.

- Bake in bunt pan sprayed with Pam..

- Top with butter pieces..
- Cover with towel and let stand at room temperature overnight..
