Ingredients for Belgian Waffles:
- 2 cups flour.
- 3 teapsoon baking powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 5 tbsp sugar.
- 2 eggs.
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
- 2 cups buttermilk or regular milk.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or amaretto.
- 1/4 cup cornstarch.
- 1/3 cup melted butter (unsalted).
- Can add 1 teaspoon cinnamon or lemon zest for extra flavor.

- If buttermilk powder used, add 1/2 cup of water to every 1 tablespoon of buttermilk powder, stirring to fully incorporate the powder. Let the mixture sit for a couple of minutes before using..
