  1. 1 leftover steak cut into bite size pieces.
  2. 1 cup slices leftover sautéed mushrooms.
  3. 2 Tbsp butter.
  4. 1/2 red onion, thin sliced.
  5. 1 jalapeño, seeded, thin sliced.
  6. 1 cup grated smoked gruyere cheese.
  7. 8 eggs, slightly beaten.
  8. 2-3 Tsp your favorite hot sauce.
  9. to taste Salt & pepper.
  10. 1/2 tsp dried oregano.
  11. 1 large avocado, sliced.
  12. 1 Tomato, seeded, diced.
