  1. 1 Cup fresh Mint leaves.
  2. 1 Cup fresh Parsley leaves.
  3. 1/2 Cup fresh Oregano leaves.
  4. 4 cloves Garlic.
  5. 1-2 Whole Jalapeno Peppers (stem removed).
  6. 4 Tablespoons Lime juice.
  7. 1 Teaspoon Salt.
  8. 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
