- 1 lb Ground chicken.
- 1 lb Ground turkey.
- 1 medium Red onion, chopped.

- 1 Jalapeno peppers, finely chopped.
- 4 can Diced tomatoes and green chilis.
- 1 can Tomato paste (medium - 10 oz?).
- 1 can Hot chili beans.
- 1 can Black beans, drained.
- 1/4 cup Original Juan Jamaican style batch #114 hot sauce.
- 1 tsp Minced garlic.
- 1 as needed Dry jerk seasoning.
- 1 as needed Dry Cajun seasoning.
- 1 as needed Ground cayenne pepper.
- 1 tsp Dried oregano.
- 1 tsp Dried Italian seasoning.
- 2 tsp Chili powder.
- 1 can Beer.
- 4 Celery stalks, chopped.
