1. 1 kg loin chops.
2. 2 tsp ginger & garlic paste.
3. 1/2 cup Jimmy's sauce.
4. 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
5. 3 tsp worstershine sauce.
6. 2 tsp bbq spice.
7. 1 tsp black pepper.
8. 1/2 Tsp crush chillies.
9. 2 tsp oil.

1. Add loin chops in the marinade overnight (ginger &garlic paste, Jimmy's sauce, tomato sauce, worstershine sauce, bbq sauce, black pepper, crush chillies, oil).
2. Add on open coal and braai and enjoy.
