Ingredients for Easy Jerk Chicken, Shrimp and Pasta:
- 1 box Fettucini.
- 2 packages Precooked grilled chicken breast slices.
- 1 lb Steamed Shrimp w/ Old Bay (Grochery store made to save time).
- 3 Bell Peppers (thin sliced) (your choice of color).
- 1 Heavy whipping cream.
- 1/2 cup Butter.
- 8 oz Sour cream.
- 4 oz Soft Cream Cheese.
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese.
- 1/4 cup Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese.
- 1/4 cup Jerk Seasoning (Add as much or as little as you desire).
- 1/4 cup Italian Seasoning (Add as much or as little as you desire).
- 1/4 tbsp Rosemary.
- 1/3 tbsp Turmeric (optional).
- 1/4 tbsp Ground Ginger (optional).
- 1/4 tbsp Flax Seed (optional).

- Cook noodles until they are half cooked. Then drain water..
