- 100 g (200 g) Strong flour*.
- 50 g (100 g) plain flour*.
- 1.5 g (3 g) salt*.
- 15 g (30 g) sugar*.
- 15 g (30 g) honey*.
- 115 g (230 g) 1 (2) egg(s) + milk*.
- 4 g (8 g) dry yeast.
- 50 g (100 g) soft room temperature butter (You could microwave for about 20 seconds).
- 30 g (60 g) Pearl or nibbed Sugar.

- Put ingredients with * in the bread machine pan. Put yeast in yeast box, if your machine has it. If not, add yeast as well..
