  1. 3/4 cup sugar.
  2. 3/4 cup brown sugar.
  3. 2 1/3 cups flour.
  4. 1 tsp baking soda.
  5. 1/4 tsp salt.
  6. 1 cup chocolate chips.
  7. 1 cup white chocolate chips.
  8. 1 cup butterscotch chips.
  9. 1 cup pecans.
  10. 1 cup butter softened.
  11. 2 eggs.
  12. 2 Tbsp Amaretto.
  13. 1 tsp vanilla.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C. Cream butter with sugar..
  2. Add eggs, liqueur and vanilla..
  3. Mix flour, salt & baking soda in a separate bowl..
  4. Set mixer to low, add flour mixture slowly (1/4 - 1/2 cup at a time) until fully incorporated.
  5. Add chips & nuts and mix.
  6. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes (do not overbake!) They will come out soft and a little gooey so let them cool on the pan for at least 10 minutes. Transfer to wire rack and finish cooling.
