- 1/2 Cup chopped onion.
- 8 oz. Sliced mushrooms.
- 2 tsp flour (I use gluten free, but any will do).
- 1 1/4 Cup chicken broth.
- 3/4 Cup heavy cream.
- 1/4 Cup mayonnaise.
- 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided in half.
- 4 Cups broccoli.
- 3 Cups diced chicken breast.
- 1/2 Cup shredded parmesan cheese.
- Cooking spray (to grease 13 x 9" pan).
