  2. 1/2 Cup chopped onion.
  3. 8 oz. Sliced mushrooms.
  4. 2 tsp flour (I use gluten free, but any will do).
  5. 1 1/4 Cup chicken broth.
  6. 3/4 Cup heavy cream.
  7. 1/4 Cup mayonnaise.
  8. 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided in half.
  9. 4 Cups broccoli.
  10. 3 Cups diced chicken breast.
  11. 1/2 Cup shredded parmesan cheese.
  12. Cooking spray (to grease 13 x 9" pan).
