  1. 500 gm mutton chops.
  2. 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder.
  3. 1 &1/2 tbsp tomato paste.
  4. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder.
  5. 1/4 cup oil.
  6. 500 ml water.
  7. to taste salt.
  8. Ingredients for marination(grind all the masalas into a small paste).
  9. 2 bay leaves.
  10. 1 & 1/2 tsp coriander powder.
  11. 1 tsp cumin powder.
  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
  13. 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder.
  14. as needed onion paste.
  15. as needed spice mix powder.

  17. 1 ghost chilli( bhoot jholokia)soak in water for 20 minutes.
  18. 200 gm onion, finely sliced and deep fried to golden brown.
  19. 2 & 1/2 tsp yogurt.
  20. 2 tsp ginger paste.
  21. 1 & 1/2 tsp garlic paste.
  22. 1 & 1/2 tsp raw papaya paste.
  23. 1 small green chilli.
  24. Ingredients for spice mix powder ( dry roasted and grinded to a fine powder).
  25. 2 black cardamom.
  26. 4 green cardamom.
  27. 2" cinnamon.
  28. 4 cloves.
  29. 3 petals star anise.
  30. 1/2 tsp aniseed.
  31. 1 tsp fennel seeds.

Add bay leaves, dry red chilli and cumin seeds and fry it for few seconds. Add chopped onions and fry it till it turns light brown.
