Ingredients for Egyption Molokheya (jute leaves):
- 1/2 kg minced molokheya.
- 2 cup chicken broth.
- 10 minced garlic cloves.
- 2 tbsp tomato juice.
- 2 tbsp veg.oil.
- 1 salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 tbsp dried corriander.
Step by step how to cook Egyption Molokheya (jute leaves):
- lget chicken broth to boil in a pot,then add tomato juice,half amount of garlic ,half amount of corriander ,salt and pepper..
- lower the hear and leave the mixture for 5 min..
- add molooheya to the pot and simmer till boils one and then close the heat.
- fry the rest of garlic and coriander in in the veg oil untill becomes golden brown.
- then add to molokheya and stir ( called Tasha).
