Ingredients for Egyption Molokheya (jute leaves):

  1. 1/2 kg minced molokheya.
  2. 2 cup chicken broth.
  3. 10 minced garlic cloves.
  4. 2 tbsp tomato juice.
  5. 2 tbsp veg.oil.
  6. 1 salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 3 tbsp dried corriander.

Step by step how to cook Egyption Molokheya (jute leaves):

  1. lget chicken broth to boil in a pot,then add tomato juice,half amount of garlic ,half amount of corriander ,salt and pepper..
  2. lower the hear and leave the mixture for 5 min..
  3. add molooheya to the pot and simmer till boils one and then close the heat.
  4. fry the rest of garlic and coriander in in the veg oil untill becomes golden brown.
  5. then add to molokheya and stir ( called Tasha).
