- 150 grams young tamarind leaves ,cleaned.
- 5 roasted dried chili.
- 1 tbsp cloves of Thai garlic.
- 2 rocks of seasalt.
- 3 shallots.
- 1 tsp shrimps paste.
- 1 onion,sliced.
- 1 tomato sliced.
- 2 can canned sardines.
- 1 crispy pork skin,or crispy bacon.
- 1 fishsauce to taste.
- 1/3 tbsp oil to fry chili paste.
- 1 tbsp water.
