Ingredients for Whipped Puffs:
- 1 cup Double Cream.
- 1 packages Puff Pastry.
- 2 tbsp sugar.
- 1 bunch strawberries.
Step by step how to cook Whipped Puffs:
- Defrost Puff pastry and roll out thin..
- Cut using cutters or edge of cup to make small round shape pastry pieces..
- Put these pastry pieces in the oven at 180°F Celsius for approximately 15-20 mins..
- Whip the double cream with the sugar and refrigerate for 30 mins or more..
- Once pastries have risen and turned slightly golden brown, leave to cool (DON'T PUT CREAM ON HOT PASTRIES AS THE CREAM WILL MELT).
- Pipe or spoon the whipped cream on to the cooled pastries and pop a strawberry on top... TA DAAAA!!!.
