  3. 100 grams Paneer Cubes.
  4. 2 table spoons of yogurt.
  5. 1 spoon Tandoori Masala.
  6. 1 little ginger garlic paste.
  7. Pinch garam Masala powder.
  8. Pinch Jeera powder.
  9. to taste Salt according.

  11. Butter.

Step by step how to cook Smoky flavoured Paneer Tikka Sandwich:

  2. Take a bowl. Put yogurt and all the spices. Mix well. ADD Paneer cubes and chopped Capsicum. Keep the bowl aside for marination for half and hour. After half an hour take non-stop pan. Put one teaspoon oil or butter or ghee. ADD marinated Paneer and let it dry well. While paneer getting dry take charcoal piece and let it turn red. Now in one small bowl put the piece of charcoal and add some ghee on the charcoal and cover the lid immediately..Keep the flame slow and keep it for 10-15 mins..
  3. Now Take another Non stick pan. Take two slices of Bread. Put the paneer stuffing in between and apply some butter and put in the pan. Keep the flame medium. And press it until done. Take out from the pan when done and cut into four pieces. Serve with some French fries and ketchup or green Chutney..
