Ingredients for Smoky Dum Aloo Pulao:

  2. 1/2 cup Rice.
  3. as per taste Salt.

  9. 2 pinches Javitri powder.

  14. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder.
  15. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds.
  16. 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds.
  17. 1/2 cup Chopped onions.
  18. 1/2 cup Chopped tomatoes.
  19. 2 tsp Oil.
  20. For Dum aloo.
  21. 1 cup Baby dum aloo.
  22. as per taste Salt.
  23. as required Water.

  25. 2 Onions.
  26. 4 cloves Garlic.
  27. 1/2 tsp Ginger crushed.
  28. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds.

  1. First, boil the rice in water and add salt, lemon juice,tez patta, cardamom. This will give white and non sticky rice..
