Ingredients for Fenugreek Pickle...:

  1. 50 grams Fenugreek.
  2. 10 Lemon.
  3. 50 grams Mustered Oil.
  4. 3 tbsp White Vinegar.
  5. 1 tsp Fennel Seed powder.
  6. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder.
  7. 1 tsp Dried Mango powder.
  8. 1 pinch Asafoetida.
  9. 1/2 tsp Black pepper.
  10. 1 tsp Salt or as per your taste.
  11. 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds.

Step by step how to cook Fenugreek Pickle...:

  1. Heat oil.. When it's starts to smoke off the fire..
  2. Let it cool for five-minute..
  3. Add asafetida.. Add cumin seeds... Add fenugreek..n all spices.. . ..
  4. Let it cool completely.. Now squeeze lemon juice n vinegar..
  5. Transfer it into a glass or plastic air tight container..
  6. Keep for 7 days in room temperature..
  7. Everyday stir with a spoon..
  8. After seven days fenugreek soaked all spices n lemon juice and vinegar so fenugreek isn't bitter now.. After seven days it's ready to eat...
  9. Eat daily one tspn pickle at lunch time..
