Ingredients for Fenugreek Pickle...:
- 50 grams Fenugreek.
- 10 Lemon.
- 50 grams Mustered Oil.
- 3 tbsp White Vinegar.
- 1 tsp Fennel Seed powder.
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp Dried Mango powder.
- 1 pinch Asafoetida.
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper.
- 1 tsp Salt or as per your taste.
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds.
Step by step how to cook Fenugreek Pickle...:
- Heat oil.. When it's starts to smoke off the fire..
- Let it cool for five-minute..
- Add asafetida.. Add cumin seeds... Add fenugreek..n all spices.. . ..
- Let it cool completely.. Now squeeze lemon juice n vinegar..
- Transfer it into a glass or plastic air tight container..
- Keep for 7 days in room temperature..
- Everyday stir with a spoon..
- After seven days fenugreek soaked all spices n lemon juice and vinegar so fenugreek isn't bitter now.. After seven days it's ready to eat...
- Eat daily one tspn pickle at lunch time..
