- 1 kg Cream Dory.
- 1/2 cup water.
- 3 tbsp soy sauce.
- 2 tbsp sesame oil.
- 2 tbsp ginger, thinly sliced.
- 1/3 bok choy, chopped.
- 1 tsp cilantro, chopped.
- 3 cloves garlic, minced.
- 1/2 tsp chili powder.
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes.
- 1 tbsp Sugar.
- Pinch Salt and black pepper.

- Cut the fish fillet into serving portions and season them with salt and black pepper..
