Ingredients for Summer Salad:
- dressing.
- 4 cucumbers.
- 2 tomatoes.
- 1 iceberg.
- 1 packages halloumi.
- 1/2 cup olive oil.
- 1 bunch sesame seeds.
- 1 bunch dried oregano.
- 2/3 cup lemon juice.
- 2 tsp dijon mustard.
- 1 bunch dried basil.
- 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- 1 dash salt.
- 1/2 tsp sea salt.
Step by step how to cook Summer Salad:
- cut the iceberg, cucumbers, tomatoes.
- cut the halloumi into 1 inch pieces.
- in a pan, drizzle olive oil.
- place the halloumi in the pan.
- throw in the sea salt.
- add the sesami seeds over the halloumi.
- remove halloumi when they turn golden.
- for the dressing, pour in olive oil, lemons, mustard, pinch of salt, pepper.
- mix well.
