- 28 oz fire roasted crushed tomatos.
- 14 oz coconut milk.
- 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- 1 tbsp smoked salt.
- 1/8 tsp white pepper (to taste).
- 1/4 tsp baking soda.
- 2 tsp thyme.
- 1 tsp sage.
- 1 dash MSG (optional).

- Make a roux by melting the butter in a medium sauce pan and then whisking in the flour. Continue whisking from 30s to 1m until flour is cooked..
