Ingredients for Frittata - Italian Breakfast:

  1. 4-5 eggs.
  2. 1/2 cup milk.
  3. 2 onions slices.
  4. 2 tomatoes chopped.
  5. 1 capsicum chopped.
  6. 1 carrot chopped.
  7. As needed Any other veggies of your choice (beans, bell pepper, Zucchini).
  8. As needed Oil for cooking.
  9. To taste Salt.
  10. 1/2 tsp pepper.

Step by step how to cook Frittata - Italian Breakfast:

  1. Break eggs in a bowl, add milk and mix. Add salt, pepper and seasoning as per taste and keep aside..
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, add onion, saute till translucent. Now add capsicum, carrot and let it cook for 2-3 minutes..
  3. Add tomatoes, them salt, pepper and other veggies and cook for another 5 mins..
  4. Now add in the egg and milk mixture and cook it on low flame for 5-6 mins each side. Reverse it with the help of a plate..
