Ingredients for Frittata - Italian Breakfast:
- 4-5 eggs.
- 1/2 cup milk.
- 2 onions slices.
- 2 tomatoes chopped.
- 1 capsicum chopped.
- 1 carrot chopped.
- As needed Any other veggies of your choice (beans, bell pepper, Zucchini).
- As needed Oil for cooking.
- To taste Salt.
- 1/2 tsp pepper.
Step by step how to cook Frittata - Italian Breakfast:
- Break eggs in a bowl, add milk and mix. Add salt, pepper and seasoning as per taste and keep aside..
- Heat some oil in a pan, add onion, saute till translucent. Now add capsicum, carrot and let it cook for 2-3 minutes..
- Add tomatoes, them salt, pepper and other veggies and cook for another 5 mins..
- Now add in the egg and milk mixture and cook it on low flame for 5-6 mins each side. Reverse it with the help of a plate..
- Your Frittata is ready ! Cut slices and Serve hot..
