- 4 Lb Blue Catfish.
- 1 Lemon.
- Oil cooking.
- Salt-Pepper.
- ✨Coconut Rice✨.
- 400 ML Coconut Milk.
- 4 Cup Jasmine Rice.
- 2-3 Pandan leaves.
- 1 Tsp Salt (as you need).
- 1/2 Tsp Chicken Flavor Bouillon (Optional).
- 3 Thin slices Galangal.
- 3 Bay leaves.
- 1 inch Ginger.
- 2 Lemongrass.
- 3 Cup Water.
